The Transporter Combo Drop combines quality and durability. Aluminum crossmembers, outriggers, siderail, bulkheads, and flooring come together to make our lightest Drop Deck trailer. This trailer was designed to last while allowing you to haul the most. Capacity: 80,000 GVWR.

Mainframe
24” Fabricated main beams with 2” camber, 1/2” x 5” top and bottom flange, 5/8” x 5” bottom flange in the neck, 3/16” web welded on both sides with weight reduction holes. All flange and web material is high strength steel.
Crossmembers
4″ Extruded aluminum I beam on 16″ centers with single coil package.
Kingpin
2″ SAE kingpin, 1/4″ plate, 24″ kingpin setting (standard).
Siderails
6” Extruded aluminum with stake pockets on 24″ centers. 3/8″ x 3″ Aluminum rubrails with double pipe spools.
Suspension
(2) Cush 25K unitized air ride suspension (dump valve included on rear axle).
Axles
(2) 25,000 Lb., 5-3/4” round, (included with suspension).
Brakes
16-1/2” x 7”, Type 30/30 brake chambers, outboard drums, Meritor WABCO® (2S/1M) ABS on one axle.
Wheels
8.25 x 22.5, Aluminum, 10 Hole disc, hub piloted (polished finish on the outside and machine finish on the inside).
Tires
255/70R x 22.5 Radials.
Landing gear
2 Speed gear with 62,500 lb. lift capacity; 200,000 lb. static capacity (standard).
Finish
Steel components are shotblasted, epoxy primed and painted with a high solid polyurethane paint. Colors: black or red (standard) optional colors available.
Floor
1-1/4″ Extruded aluminum with 4 apitong nailing strips.
Lights
7-Way main receptacle, sealed wiring harness with 3 red (tail / stop / turn) rubber mounted LED lights with a 3 light center cluster, 5 clearance lights per side including midturn
Tandem
10′ 1″ Spread axle set from the rear of the trailer (Optional settings available).
Tiedowns
(12) Sliding winches on winch track, (2) on upper deck, (10) on lower deck located on the roadside.
Rear bumper
DOT certified rear under ride guard/bumper with high visibility reflective conspicuity tape and rubber dock bumpers.
